God wants to help - 1 Peter 5:7.

'Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.' - 1 Peter 5:7
God wants to help,
Bring your anxieties to him.
Anxiety can often spiral into worry and overthinking. It can often lead us away from God, as we focus on our fears and forget God's promises. But God doesn't want our fears to lead us away from him. He wants our anxieties to bring us closer to him.
He want us to take our fears to him, rather than worry about them ourselves.
God is all powerful, all loving and perfect. He has promised to bring us to a perfect new creation. Eternal life with Him. We can trust him. In him is real peace.
But on top of that he cares for us. Like a loving father and his child God cares for his people. He wants us to bring our fears to him. Doesn't want us to be proud and try and deal with it all ourselves. He doesn't want us to suffer the weight of our anxieties alone. He cares for us and knows, to deal with our fears, we need to come to him, the source of all peace.
We don't need to deal with our anxieties on our own.
Father help us to cast our anxieties on you. Help us not to run away from you, but remember that you care for us and want us to take our fears to you.
Amen.
P.S. - Thank you so much for reading this, I hope it helps you find peace in God.
Love and prayers,
Joshua
