Sufferings < Future glory - Romans 8:18.

'I consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us.'

Romans 8:18

Suffering doesn't need to destroy our peace as our Sufferings < Future glory.

Holy Father you know how the struggles we go through are so often hard and can feel all consuming. You know our pain and weep with us.

But you also remind us that our current struggles are not worth comparing with the glory to come.

We can have peace through our struggles as we can see them in perspective of the world changing glory to come.

Our struggles can become less all consuming when we see them compared to the future glory.

Lord God keep us from despairing in our hardships. Forgive us when all we can see are the struggles before us. Open our eyes to see the glory you have prepared for us. Help us to not loose hold of the peace we have in you.

Father strengthen our peace to endure all struggles, knowing whatever suffering we may face is not worth comparing with the glory to come.

Amen.
